Sometimes
you need to send multiple files across the internet. This can often
involve filling in a number of electronic forms and clicking on files to upload,
or it can mean adding multiple file attachments to e-mail.
By adding
files to an archive you can accomplish two very important tasks when sending
information electronically. Your files can be kept together and have less
chance of being mis-filed, and most archive systems will also compress your
files thereby reducing the amount of time needed to send them.
This very
simple guide will show you a few ways of adding your files to an archive so that
you can send them via the internet. This works well for other file upload
systems besides the one here at Inflammopharmacology.org.
